Orders dispatch from the studio within 2 business days on tracked services. Orders over $45 ship free; smaller orders ship at a flat rate shown at checkout. Everything packs in recycled kraft with paper filler – no plastic pillows, no oversized boxes.

Returns & exchanges
Unused items in their original packaging return or exchange freely within 30 days of delivery. Wrong size is the most common reason and the easiest fix – the replacement ships as soon as the original is scanned by the carrier.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the item within 7 days and write to hello@example.com – a replacement ships immediately while we handle the carrier claim.
Seals & spare parts
Sipwell lids, seals and straws stay available as spare parts for years after a bottle ships. A worn seal inside two years comes back to the studio for replacement at no charge – write for a label and keep a good bottle pouring.
