Every product we sell spends weeks in the Fill Lab – the corner of our studio where samples are filled, sealed, shaken, dropped and generally mistreated until we trust them. This page is the honest tour.
Sealed before listed
Every lid design is filled, inverted and left overnight on blotting paper – then shaken through a simulated commute rig. A single drop on the paper sends the seal back to the bench. The lids that ship are the ones that stopped failing.
Hot noon, cold midnight
Insulated bodies are filled hot and cold and logged through a full working day. We publish plain-language results – keeps drinks cold or hot for hours – rather than laboratory numbers measured in conditions no commute has ever seen.
Dropped like a school bag
Bottles are dropped loaded onto hard flooring from bag height, corners first. Dents that breach the vacuum wall or lids that pop open are redesigned. Kids bottles get the same treatment from playground height, because that is where they live.
Cleaned a hundred times
Every part that touches a drink is disassembled, brushed and reassembled a hundred cycles. Seals that loosen, threads that wear and corners a brush cannot reach are engineering failures, not care instructions. What survives is drinkware that stays fresh for years, not weeks.
