Returns & Refunds
This page sets out the return and refund position. The periods and conditions marked TO CONFIRM must be supplied by the business and must not be weaker than the statutory rights of customers in the markets served.
Change of mind
[TO CONFIRM: the return window in days, the condition the goods must be in, and who pays return carriage.]
How to start a return
[TO CONFIRM: the contact route and whether a returns number is issued.]
Refunds
[TO CONFIRM: how long a refund takes once the goods are received, and the method of refund.]
Faulty goods
[TO CONFIRM: the warranty period offered on the furniture and on the finish, and what it covers.] This is in addition to, and does not replace, the customer’s statutory rights.
Pegs and consumables
Pegs are a consumable part. A sheared peg during assembly is normal and is replaced free on request; it is not treated as a fault in the piece.
