Shipping & Delivery

This page sets out how orders are dispatched and delivered. The figures marked TO CONFIRM must be supplied by the business before the site goes live — do not publish estimates that have not been agreed with the carrier.

Where we ship

Shipping charges

[TO CONFIRM: charges by weight, zone or order value, and any free-shipping threshold. These must match the rates configured in WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping.]

Packaging

Every piece ships flat in a single carton with the mallet, spare pegs and assembly sheet inside. Cartons are corrugated board with moulded pulp corners; no expanded polystyrene.
