Engineered greenhouse systems, delivered project by project
GreenGrow Systems Controlled Environment Engineering

About Us

An engineering company that started by rewriting other people's control strategies and ended up building the hardware.

About GreenGrow

An engineering company, not a catalogue

GreenGrow Systems designs, manufactures and commissions equipment for commercial greenhouses. The company was started by a small team of engineers who believed greenhouse equipment should be planned around the crop first, and it has grown into a full-service supplier working with growers in many regions.

What we build

We supply six families of greenhouse equipment: climate control, irrigation and fertigation, horticultural lighting, screening, cultivation systems and water treatment. Our installations range from single-compartment research houses to large commercial glasshouse sites.

How we work

Every project starts with the local climate and the crop plan, not with a product selection. We look at the greenhouse as a whole before proposing hardware, which is why our proposals occasionally recommend less equipment than the enquiry asked for.

People

Our team combines engineering, manufacturing and field service experience, and many of our engineers also hold horticultural qualifications. That is why our commissioning conversations tend to be about crops rather than about menus.

Manufacturing

Control cabinets and dosing units are built and tested in our own workshop before they ship. Structural components are produced by long-term manufacturing partners to our drawings and under our inspection.

Quality and compliance

  • Certified quality management system
  • Equipment built to recognised international safety standards
  • Independently tested industrial control panels
  • Weather-protected field enclosures as standard
  • Record keeping compatible with common farm certification schemes

Support after handover

We keep spare parts and software support available for the full service life of an installation, and systems we delivered many years ago are still receiving updates today.
