Commercial Greenhouse Technology

Climate, water and light systems for high-yield protected cropping

We design, manufacture and commission the control layer of modern greenhouses. From a single dosing unit to a fully instrumented commercial glasshouse, every system ships with settings already validated for your crop.

  • Light planned around the crop
  • Stable, plant-friendly climate
  • Precise watering and feeding

Integrated climate logic

Heating, venting, screening and humidification are solved as one coordinated strategy rather than four competing controllers.

Closed-loop water

Water and nutrients are measured and corrected continuously, with drain water cleaned and reused as standard.

Light planned around the crop

Fixture layout is calculated from how much light the crop needs each day, spread evenly, not from a watts-per-square-metre rule of thumb.

System Portfolio

Six subsystems, one coordinated growing strategy

Each system runs standalone or as part of an integrated growing strategy. Specifications below are the standard build; every unit is configured against your crop plan and local climate.

How a Project Runs

From site survey to a commissioned greenhouse

We treat a greenhouse as one system. Light, temperature, humidity and root-zone conditions are planned together before a single cabinet is built, so the delivered installation performs on the worst week of the year, not just in spring.

  1. Site survey and crop plan

We start from long-term local weather records plus your production plan, and work out what the greenhouse really needs before selecting hardware.

  2. System architecture

Compartment layout, sensor placement, valve groups and dosing capacity are drawn as one schematic so nothing is sized in isolation.

  3. Build and factory test

Cabinets and units are assembled and fully tested in our workshop before delivery, then shipped as pre-commissioned modules.

  4. Commissioning and handover

On site we fine-tune the installation with the crop growing, then hand over clear documentation and train the people who will run it.

Tell us the crop, the area and the climate

Send the basics and our application engineers return a system outline, an indicative budget band and a delivery window. No account, no login, no sales sequence.

  • Reply from an application engineer within one business day.
  • Outline schematic and indicative budget band before any site visit.
  • Drawings and setpoint tables shared under NDA on request.
  • Spare parts and firmware support for the life of the installation.
