HydraForge Hydraulics has been building hydraulic components at Ironvale since 1994: cylinders, power units, pumps and motors, valve assemblies, hose programmes, filtration, accumulators and the benches that test them. The honing machines, the assembly hall and the test benches sit in the same building, and the engineer who signs a drawing is the person you get on the phone about it.
What we believe
A hydraulic component makes a hard promise: hold pressure, cycle after cycle, for years — and be serviceable when the day finally comes. We design around that promise. Every product family is built to be rebuilt: seals are catalogue items, wear parts are stocked, and documentation stays retrievable by serial number for the component’s working life.

How we are organised
- Application engineering: duty cycles, pressures and installation constraints reviewed on every quote — before any steel is cut.
- Manufacturing: honing, machining and welding run in dedicated cells with in-process gauge checks.
- Pressure testing: every cylinder, power unit and valve assembly passes a documented test sequence before dispatch.
- Support: commissioning help, seal kits and spares from stock, and repair-or-exchange programmes for fleets.
