Type testing at the design stage

New designs run qualification programmes before release: proof-pressure and burst-margin verification, impulse cycling on pressure-carrying parts, and endurance runs that put realistic duty on bearings and seals. Ratings published in the catalogue are what survived the programme — with margin, not marketing.

A written protocol, not a demonstration

Each product family carries a written test protocol: which pressures are held and for how long, what leakage is acceptable (typically none measurable), which functional points are exercised, and what gets recorded. Protocols are revision-controlled documents, and the test benches they run on are calibrated on a fixed schedule.

What every unit passes

  • Dimensional checks at defined points during machining and assembly.
  • A functional cycle of every moving assembly before test.
  • Pressure hold at the protocol test pressure with leakage inspection.
  • A final review of markings, port protection and documentation before crating.

Documented and traceable

Every unit leaves with its test record, and records stay retrievable by serial number. Pressure values in our documentation describe typical ratings under the stated conditions; application-specific limits are confirmed at quotation. Ask for a sample test record with your inquiry.
