The HF-AP16 uses a machined piston instead of a bladder, which pays off where compression ratios run high, temperatures swing wide, or position monitoring matters. The honed bore and low-friction piston seals give predictable behaviour across the full stroke.
Position indication is available by proximity switch or transducer, so a control system can watch the stored energy instead of assuming it — a meaningful difference in presses and test rigs. Seal kits are standard service items, and the design dismantles for inspection with workshop tooling.
Each unit ships pre-charged to your specified nitrogen pressure with the charge recorded on the test tag.
