The HF-C125 is a tie-rod cylinder in the classic serviceable pattern: four high-tensile rods clamp honed tube between machined end caps, so a seal change years from now needs a bench and a torque wrench, not a replacement cylinder. The piston rod is induction-hardened and hard-chrome plated, running in a bronze-filled PTFE bearing band.
Cushioning is available at either or both ends, adjustable externally, which takes the shock out of high-cycle applications without slowing the working stroke. Port positions rotate in 90-degree steps at order, and the same body accepts clevis, flange and trunnion mounts.
Every cylinder is stroke-cycled and pressure-held on the factory bench before dispatch, and ships with its test record.
