The HF-PU110 is the configurable workhorse of the range: reservoir, pump group, cooling and controls are sized to the duty cycle you describe, not taken from a catalogue page. Vertical or horizontal motor-pump arrangements suit different floor plans, and the manifold is machined per project so the circuit documentation matches the steel.
Thermal design is treated as engineering, not accessory selection — cooler capacity is calculated from the duty cycle, and temperature and level switches come wired to a terminal box as standard. Service points face one aisle: filter elements, sight gauge and drain all reachable without moving the unit.
Each power pack runs a witnessed factory acceptance test against its specification sheet before shipping.
