The HF-SR40 goes beyond seals to everything a proper cylinder rebuild touches: the full seal set, bearing bands, a rod scraper, port O-rings and the fastener set for the gland — laid out in labelled rows in the order a rebuild uses them.
Each kit ships with the torque values and assembly sequence for its cylinder model printed on the box liner, which turns a specialist job into a careful workshop job. Bearing bands come pre-cut to size, and a small tube of assembly-compatible grease is included.
For fleets, the kit programme pairs with our exchange service: send the worn cylinder, receive a rebuilt tested unit, keep the machine working in between.
