The HF-TB400 gives a repair workshop the thing it usually lacks: proof. The bench supplies regulated flow and pressure to a tested component while gauges and an optional data logger record what actually happened — so a repaired cylinder leaves with a pass record, not a hopeful handshake.
The hydraulic circuit provides a low-pressure fill and stroke stage and a high-pressure hold stage, with safety housings around the work area and a guarded manifold for hose testing. Fixtures adapt to cylinders, pumps, motors and valve stacks with a clamp and adapter kit.
Benches install with commissioning and operator training, and the manual includes ready-made test procedures for the common component families.
