PressLane Printing Machinery makes what a working print operation runs on: sheet-fed offset and digital presses, flexo label lines, die-cutters, folders, binders, laminators, platesetters and finishing machinery, plus the blankets and rollers all of it wears through. Everything is designed, machined, assembled and print-tested in our own Carton Falls plant, by the people who answer the phone when something goes wrong.
What we believe
A printing machine makes a long promise: hold register through the shift, come back to colour after every stop, and stay serviceable in a working pressroom years from now. We design around that promise, run every machine with ink and stock before it ships, and write manuals for the people who will actually set, clean and maintain the equipment.
How we are organised
- Application engineering: formats, substrates and run lengths reviewed on every quote — before any steel is machined.
- Manufacturing: frame machining, cylinder grinding and assembly run in dedicated cells with in-process measurement.
- Print testing: every machine prints live jobs on our own test floor before release and before dispatch.
- Support: installation, operator training, consumables from stock and production-critical service response.
