The PL-L1100 bonds gloss, matt and soft-touch films to printed sheets over a heated chrome roller, with an automatic feeder, overlap control and a rotary separator that delivers single, flat sheets. It covers the classic lamination jobs — book covers, carton board and display prints — at production pace.
Roller temperature and nip pressure hold to setpoint and display as numbers, so a proven film-and-stock combination reruns from the job log rather than from memory. The film shaft loads at working height with a pneumatic core chuck.
An anti-curl bar and cooling section leave laminated sheets ready for die-cutting or folding without a resting pile in between.
