The PL-O7400 runs four printing units on a common cast base, with a stream feeder, double-diameter impression cylinders and a high-pile delivery. It is laid out for the daily reality of commercial work: mixed stocks, repeat jobs and schedules that reward consistent makeready rather than headline pace.
Plate, blanket and impression cylinders are ground as matched sets, and register adjustment moves in fine, repeatable steps from the operator side. Inking uses a full-width oscillating train that settles quickly after job changes, so waste sheets stay a short pile instead of a tall one.
Guards interlock through the machine safety circuit, and all routine lubrication points face the service aisle. A coating tower and extended delivery are available as factory options.
