HW-46E Electric Self-Tailing Winch
Below-deck 24 V electric winch with mechanical override, sized for short-handed crews on 45 to 60 foot yachts.
The workhorse of the range. Power ratio 40:1 in second gear, a self-tailing jaw that holds 8 to 14 mm line without slipping, and a drum you can strip and service on deck with a single circlip tool.
Detailed documentation and product support are available on request for every catalogue item.
Specified as a primary or secondary winch on cruising yachts between 34 and 44 feet. On boats above that range it works well as a halyard or furling winch where the peak load is lower but the duty cycle is high.
The base bolt pattern matches the common 6-bolt 118 mm PCD used across the industry, so it drops onto most existing pads without re-drilling the deck. Where the pad is cored, we supply the backing plate and compression tube separately.
