The FL-PS350 screens stock under pressure through a slotted basket, holding back stickies, shives and debris that would otherwise become breaks and holes at the machine. A foil rotor keeps the basket surface clean with low pulsation, protecting formation on sensitive grades.
Baskets are wedge-wire with slot widths chosen to the furnish, and they lift out vertically as one piece once the head cover swings aside — basket change inside a routine stop. Rotor clearance sets externally on graduated adjusters.
Accept and reject connections are flanged to standard; the reject line includes a sight glass and a flow-trim valve so reject rate can be verified rather than assumed. The mechanical seal flushes from a dedicated clean-water header.
