Proven on the pilot line
New section designs run on our pilot paper machine across furnishes, basis weights and speeds — recycled and virgin stock, light and heavy grades, crawl to design speed. Settings that hold the sheet through real stock variation become the delivered defaults; ideas that only work with perfect stock do not ship.
A protocol, not a demonstration
Each machine section passes a written verification protocol: structural checks on frames and loading arms, drive and vibration verification at speed, hydraulic and vacuum system testing, guarding review against the machine safety file, and an open-issues list that must close before release.
What every unit passes
- Weld and frame inspection at defined checkpoints during fabrication.
- Roll balance verification at running speed, documented per roll.
- Function run of every moving assembly before dispatch.
- Hydraulic and vacuum circuits pressure-tested and verified tight.
- Guarding and safety decal audit against the machine safety file.
Documented and traceable
Every section leaves with its inspection record, settings sheet and serial-numbered parts book. Records stay retrievable by serial number for the machine’s working life. Ask for a sample inspection record with your inquiry.
