The FL-SP220 set supplies the ceramic surfaces the wire runs on: suction box covers, foil blades and forming board tops, ground flat as a set so the wire meets one continuous plane instead of a staircase of part-worn edges.
Segments are alumina or zirconia to position, bonded to stainless holders that drop into the existing T-slots. Edges arrive radiused and polished — the finish that decides wire life is done at the factory, not with a stone on the machine.
Each set ships in position order with a laminated placement drawing. Old segments return in the same crate for wear mapping, and the wear report arrives with the next quotation so replacement intervals track reality.
