The SP-CF12 orients, opens, fills and closes hard capsules on a rotary segment turret, dosing powder by tamping pin or pellet by volumetric chamber depending on the format kit installed. Faulty capsules are rejected before the closing station, so the discharge chute carries only complete, correctly closed capsules.
Format changes follow a numbered parts kit: segments, dosing discs and guides swap in a documented sequence, and the settings card for each capsule size stores on the panel. The enclosure is acrylic with interlocked doors, and the base cabinet houses the vacuum and dust extraction connections.
The machine is designed to support common GMP practices, with polished stainless contact parts, documented material certificates and cleanable surfaces throughout the product path.
