The SP-CF3 fills capsules in tray plates of 300: the operator loads empty capsules, the machine orients and separates them, and a spreading frame doses powder across the open bodies before the closing plate presses caps home. It is the practical middle ground between hand filling and a full automatic line.
Tray plates are available per capsule size and swap in minutes. The powder spreading station has an adjustable scraper gap so fill weight tunes quickly at the start of a lot, and a sample tray position makes in-process weight checks part of the rhythm rather than an interruption.
All contact parts are stainless steel and dishwasher-safe; the compact frame suits pilot plants, pharmacies compounding at scale and product development groups.
