The SP-CS15 scales the geometry of a production coater down to the bench: a small perforated drum behind a round glass door, one spray gun on a fixed mount, and the same three control loops — bed temperature, spray rate, drum speed — that govern the full-size process. Recipes developed here transfer to production coaters with fewer surprises.
Interchangeable drums cover batches from a few hundred grams to fifteen kilograms, so early development and clinical supply run on one machine. The drum lifts out through the front door for cleaning, and the spray line strips to parts in minutes.
Contact parts are 316L stainless; the unit logs each run’s process values for the development record.
