The SP-CS90 applies film coats in a fully perforated drum: process air draws through the tablet bed while a spray boom lays down coating solution in overlapping fans. Bed temperature, spray rate and drum speed hold on independent loops, which is what even, reproducible coating actually requires.
Mixing baffles are welded low-shear profiles that turn the bed over without edge damage, and the drum interior is reachable through the front door for cleaning and inspection. The spray boom withdraws on rails, and nozzles strip without tools.
Designed to support common GMP practices, the coater offers polished 316L contact surfaces, a wash-in-place ring main as an option and recipe storage on the control panel.
