The SP-GM150 turns powder blends into dense, uniform granules: a three-blade impeller drives the wet mass while the side-mounted chopper controls granule growth. Binder solution adds through a spray lance in the lid, and the endpoint can be judged by impeller power draw — a practical, transferable measure between batches.
The bowl tilts for discharge through a wide outlet into a bin or mill, and the lid, lance and chopper strip for cleaning with documented dismantling steps. Seals on the impeller shaft are product-side flush-cleanable.
Designed to support common GMP practices, the granulator has polished 316L contact surfaces, material certificates for the product path and a settings log per recipe on the panel.
