Overview

The SP-GM40 clamps a stainless product bin into a rotating cage and blends by tumbling — the powder never leaves the container it travels in, so blending adds no extra transfer step and no extra cleaning surface. Rotation speed and time set per recipe, and the cage stops in the upright position for docking and undocking.

Bins in several volumes share the same clamping geometry, so one blender covers development lots and production batches by swapping bins, not machines. The guard fence interlocks with the drive, and a soft-start ramp protects fragile granules from attrition at startup.

The system is designed to support common GMP practices: the product path is the bin itself, with smooth internal welds and documented material certificates.
