The SP-IQ20 measures the numbers a compression room lives by: hardness, diameter and thickness, tablet by tablet, with results logged against the batch record. The jaw drives at a controlled rate, measures at fracture and resets automatically for the next tablet.
Test sets of ten or twenty run as a sequence with statistics calculated at the end — mean, range and out-of-band count — and export over the data port in a plain, parseable format. The measuring station wipes clean between products, and calibration weights and gauges are available as a certified kit.
The tester is designed to support common GMP practices for in-process control records.
