The SP-IQ80 inspects filled vials on a rotary carousel: each container spins to set particles in motion, then camera stations examine the liquid, the container and the closure against configurable acceptance criteria. Rejects divert to a segregated, counted chute; the accept stream continues to the next process step.
Recipe parameters — spin profile, lighting, detection thresholds — store per product and load with the format. The inspection zone is enclosed with interlocked doors, and results log per batch with counts by defect class.
The machine is designed to support common GMP practices in inspection documentation; acceptance criteria and qualification remain defined by the operating site’s quality system.
