The SP-PW2000 generates purified water through softening, reverse osmosis and electrodeionisation on one pre-piped skid. Conductivity and TOC monitor continuously at the outlet, and the skid recirculates to drain automatically whenever quality drifts out of the set band — off-spec water never reaches the loop.
Membranes and EDI stacks mount for front access, sampling valves sit at every stage boundary, and the skid arrives factory wet-tested with its piping documentation, weld logs and instrument certificates in one dossier — the paperwork that qualification teams actually ask for.
The system is designed to support common GMP practices and common pharmacopoeia water quality expectations; final qualification remains with the operating site.
