SP-PW5000 Storage & Distribution Loop

A jacketed 316L vessel feeding an orbital-welded loop that stays turbulent, because biofilm needs stillness.

Overview

The SP-PW5000 stores generated water in a jacketed 316L vessel and circulates it continuously through an orbital-welded loop, returning above the tank’s spray ball. Constant turbulent flow is the design principle: water in motion resists biofilm in a way that no standing system can.

The loop supports periodic hot-water sanitisation from the jacketed tank, with return-temperature verification logged per cycle. Use points tee off through zero-static valves, and the loop’s weld log, slope survey and instrument certificates ship as a single documentation set.

Designed to support common GMP practices, the system is sized and configured per site during engineering review.
