What information do you need to recommend a component?
Four things start every selection: the load and its direction, the running speed, the operating temperature and environment, and the shaft or housing dimensions. A photograph of the existing markings shortens the path further.
Can you cross-reference a competitor part number?
Usually yes. Most bearing and drive components follow ISO dimension series, so a marked part number identifies size, clearance and sealing. Send the full marking string and we confirm the interchange — including the details suffixes hide — before quoting.
How are load and speed ratings specified honestly?
Ratings on this site are labelled typical for each series and stated at defined conditions. Actual life depends on real load spectra, lubrication and alignment, so quotations state the rating basis rather than a single ideal-condition number.
Do you supply matched sets and measured lengths?
Yes. Angular contact pairs ship ground as sets, chain cuts to your centre distance, ball screws machine to your end drawings, and sprocket pairs cut on the same machine. State the requirement on the inquiry and the certificate follows the shipment.
What are typical lead times?
Stock items ship within days of order confirmation; machined-to-order components typically run some weeks depending on options and season. The order confirmation states the committed date.
What documentation ships with an order?
Every order ships with its packing list, batch reference and mounting instructions. Inspection records and material certificates are available per order line, and records stay retrievable by batch number.
