Catalogues are easy to print. This page summarises how a TruAxis component earns its specification before it reaches a machine.
Measured, not assumed
Incoming batches are sampled in a temperature-controlled metrology room: bore and outer diameter on calibrated gauges, raceway roundness on a roundness instrument, and running noise on a vibration test rig. A batch that drifts from specification does not reach the shelf, whatever its paperwork says.
A protocol, not a demonstration
Each product family carries a written inspection protocol: dimensional checks against ISO tolerance classes, hardness verification on load-carrying elements, seal and cage integrity review, and an open-issues list that must close before a batch is released to stock.
What every shipment passes
- Dimensional sampling against the ordered tolerance class.
- Visual and gauge inspection of raceways, teeth and sealing lips.
- Verification that markings, clearance class and fit match the order line.
- Clean, sealed packaging that protects precision surfaces in transit.
Documented and traceable
Every shipment leaves with its inspection record and batch reference. Records stay retrievable by batch number for the component’s working life. Ask for a sample inspection record with your inquiry.
