The TX-22216 carries two rows of barrel rollers on a common spherical outer raceway, so the bearing keeps full load capacity even when the shaft bends under load or the housings were never quite in line. That tolerance makes it the default choice for vibrating screens, fans, crushers and long line shafts.
Hardened steel cages guide the rollers through the misalignment cycle without pinching, and the optimised roller profile spreads stress away from the edges. Cylindrical and tapered bore versions are stocked; the tapered bore mounts on an adapter sleeve for quick fitting to plain shafting.
Relubrication runs through the outer-ring groove and holes, so grease reaches both rows without dismounting anything.
