The TX-6205 series covers the single most common bearing duty in industry: a rotating shaft under moderate radial load, with occasional axial pushes in either direction. Chrome steel rings are through-hardened and the raceways honed, so the bearing runs quiet at speed and stays quiet as hours accumulate.
Cages are pressed steel as standard, with polyamide and brass options for high-speed or high-vibration duty. Sealing options run from open, through non-contact shields, to double-lip contact seals that hold grease in and washdown out.
Every batch is noise-tested on a sample basis before release, and boxes carry the full internal-clearance class marking so maintenance teams can reorder exactly what was fitted.
