Overview

The TX-BS32 converts motor rotation into linear position through a ground screw shaft and a recirculating ball nut, at efficiencies plain lead screws cannot approach. Positioning repeatability comes from the ground thread and a preloaded double nut that removes backlash — commanded position is reached from either direction without a settling correction.

Shaft ends are machined to drawing for bearing seats, keyways and encoder stubs, so the assembly arrives ready to drop between its support bearings. Wipers at both nut ends keep chips out of the track, and the nut body carries a standard flange pattern.

Applications run from Z-axes and press feeds to any actuator where air cylinders stopped being accurate enough.
