The TX-PB210 unit drops a sealed insert bearing into a ribbed cast iron pillow block, giving a shaft a home that bolts to any flat frame surface. The spherical seat between insert and housing absorbs the mounting misalignment that welded frames always have, so the bearing runs true even when the steelwork is not.
Inserts lock to the shaft with set screws as standard; eccentric collar and adapter sleeve options suit reversing and higher-speed duties. The triple-lip seal with flinger keeps dust and washdown water out, and a grease fitting on the housing feeds the insert without dismantling.
Units interchange dimensionally with the common industry series, so replacement is a straight swap on existing centres.
