The MS-GB4 doses up to four components — virgin, regrind, masterbatch and additive — by weight, not by time or screw turns. Each batch is weighed on a load cell before it mixes, so the recipe that was set is the recipe that gets molded, shift after shift, regardless of pellet size or bulk density drift.
Recipes store by material and product, and consumption totals log per component — the numbers that make regrind percentages and colorant costs auditable rather than estimated.
Hoppers drain fully through slide gates for cleaning, and the mixing chamber lifts out without tools. The frame mounts on the machine throat or on a floor stand beside the press.
