The MS-VL5 sits on the machine throat or drying hopper and keeps it fed automatically — vacuum draws resin from a container or central line, the hopper fills, the flap dumps, and the cycle repeats without anyone climbing a ladder with a bucket.
The stainless hopper body opens on a hinge for cleaning, with a removable mesh filter that taps clean in seconds. Demand sensing runs on a proximity switch at the dump flap, so the loader conveys only when material is actually needed.
A line-purge valve empties the conveying hose at material changes, keeping the last kilogram of the old material out of the new batch.
