The MS-GR300 handles the mixed reality of a molding shop’s scrap stream — sprues, rejected parts and start-up lumps — in a staggered-rotor cutting chamber that pulls material in aggressively and produces a uniform regrind with a low fines share.
The cutting chamber opens with lifting gear points and hinged housings, so knife changes and cleanouts are a documented routine, not an improvisation. Knives adjust in a fixture outside the machine, keeping gap-setting accurate and hands away from edges.
Screen sizes swap to match the regrind spec, and the discharge bin couples directly to a conveying line for closed-loop reuse at the press.
