The MS-GS80 sits beside the press and regrinds sprues as they fall, closing the material loop at the point where scrap is made. The low-speed screenless cutting principle produces regrind with very few fines and runs quietly enough to stand next to an operator station.
Low rotor speed also means low heat: sprues from heat-sensitive resins regrind without degradation, and the regrind can dose straight back through a blender without a rest period.
The feed opening accepts robot drop or manual feeding, and the small footprint tucks under most press safety guarding without layout changes.
