The MS-TO160 runs heat-transfer oil for molds that need surface temperatures beyond the practical water range — high-temperature engineering resins, thin-wall optical parts and surface-critical moldings that ask for a hot, uniform cavity wall.
The oil circuit is sealed with a cooled expansion tank that extends oil life, and over-temperature protection is independent of the main controller. Flow and return temperatures both display, so a fouled channel shows itself as a growing delta before it shows in the parts.
Service access is from the front panel: pump, heater and valves are reachable without pulling the unit out of the machine row.
