The MS-TW90 circulates pressurized water through the mold with enough pump reserve to keep turbulent flow in realistic channel layouts — the condition that actually moves heat, and the difference between a setpoint on a display and a stable mold surface.
Heating and cooling stages switch smoothly under PID control, and the unit vents and fills itself on startup. Mold drain and blow-down functions empty the circuit before tool changes, keeping water off the shop floor and out of the tool.
The cabinet is sized to slide under the clamp end of most machines in its class, and all connections face one serviceable side.
