The VG-BV0945 produces polished bevels up to 45 mm wide on mirror, furniture and decorative glass. Nine spindles progress from diamond roughing through smoothing to felt polishing, and the angle assembly adjusts from 3 to 45 degrees on a calibrated scale.
Bevel width holds constant automatically as glass thickness changes, which keeps matched sets consistent when an order mixes thicknesses. The polishing stations meter cerium slurry from a stirred tank, and a rinse station at the outfeed sends glass out clean enough to inspect immediately.
