Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days and based on the product mix, glass sizes and plant information supplied with the inquiry.
Delivery
Lead times are stated per order confirmation. Risk passes according to the agreed Incoterms or delivery terms on the confirmation.
Installation and use
Machinery must be operated and maintained by competent persons per the supplied documentation and local regulations. Stated capacities describe machine capability under the conditions named in the specification; production results vary with glass, product mix and operating conditions, and quotations do not constitute a throughput guarantee.
Warranty
Warranty periods are stated per machine and require operation within the rated application and a maintained service schedule.
