Glass processing machinery

A 0.3 mm arris on every edge, logged against a 620 °C temper cycle.

Cutting tables, edgers, tempering furnaces and insulating lines are built and glass-tested in our own halls before they ship.

Equipment across the process chain

Cutting, edging, tempering, insulating, laminating, CNC, washing and handling machines, built to the same tolerances across every category.

Frames welded, glass tooling machined, control cabinets wired in the same halls

Frame fabrication, precision machining and assembly run in dedicated cells with in-process checks. When one team owns every step, tolerances have nowhere to hide.

Notes from plant engineers who run these lines

The edger arrived with the settings card filled in for our thickness mix. First sheet through was saleable, and so was every sheet after it.
Marta K. Production manager, architectural glass
A quench blower failed on a Friday and the replacement was fitted Monday morning with the furnace back on recipe. That is what support means mid-contract.
Daniel R. Plant engineer, safety glass
Our maintenance team services the whole line with the manual and standard tools. Nothing hides behind a service laptop.

Engineered to the Line

Machines specified to your glass sizes, coatings and daily volume — not to a catalogue ideal.

Optical-Grade Precision

Alignment measured on calibrated beds; every machine cuts real glass before it ships.

Production-Critical Support

Downtime calls come first. Diagnosis by phone and photo, parts same working day from stock.

Serviceable by Design

Heater elements, rollers and wheels replace without teardowns. Spares matched by serial number.

How we work

Order to first sheet through the line

Four steps, tracked against a shared file until the machine takes its first cycle on your floor.

  1. Send your product details

Glass types, sizes, coatings and daily volume — one email starts it.

  2. Engineering review

We match machines, options and layout, and quote with specifications.

  3. Build & glass-test

Built in-house, aligned on calibrated beds and tested on real glass.

  4. Install & support

Commissioning, operator training, spares from stock and production-critical response.

Every machine earns its settings on real glass

Proof, not promises

Every machine earns its settings on real glass

Before dispatch, every machine cuts, grinds, tempers or presses production glass in our test bay. Edge finish goes under magnification; tempered output passes fragment-count testing. The settings that survive become the delivered defaults.
