The VG-DW series covers the full spindle set of VitraForm edging and beveling machines: metal-bond diamond wheels for roughing, resin-bond for finishing, and polishing wheels in cerium and BD compounds. Wheels ship balanced and marked by spindle position, so a changeover follows the machine settings card without measurement.
Grit progression across the set is engineered together rather than wheel by wheel — each stage removes exactly the scratch pattern the previous stage leaves. Ordering by machine serial number brings the correct bore, profile and grit set every time.
