The VG-WH2016 cleans horizontally between cutting, edging and thermal processes, where glass already travels flat on rollers. Top and bottom brush pairs scrub both faces, and the drying section combines air knives with a heated final pass so glass exits dry to the touch even at full line speed.
The hood lifts on gas struts for full-width access to brushes and nozzles, and all wetted parts are stainless or polymer — no painted steel inside the water path. Conveyor height matches common edger and furnace infeed heights, with legs adjustable on site.
