Quick answers to the questions we hear most. Anything else, ask a project engineer.
What information do you need to quote a kitchen?
Four things start every proposal: the menu concept, covers per service, the floor plan (even a sketch with dimensions) and the site utilities — gas, electrical supply and extraction route. With those we return a specified equipment schedule.
Do you make custom sizes?
Yes. Worktables, sinks, shelving and ventilation canopies are fabricated to order — custom lengths, sink cut-outs, drawer units and upstands are quoted from the same drawing set as standard sizes, usually without a price penalty on reasonable quantities.
Which voltages and gas types do you support?
Cooking and warewashing equipment ships configured for your region — 230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase, natural gas or LPG with the correct injectors fitted at the factory. State the site supply on the inquiry and we configure before packing.
What documentation ships with an order?
Every powered unit ships with its function test record, installation clearances and wiring or gas connection diagram. Ventilation projects add extraction calculations and duct drawings for the mechanical contractor.
What are typical lead times?
Standard catalogue items ship from stock or within 2–4 weeks. Fabricated-to-order pieces — custom tables, canopies, full cooking suites — typically run 5–8 weeks; the quotation states the committed date.
Can you work from our consultant’s specification?
Routinely. Send the equipment schedule and we will quote line by line, flag anything we would build differently and match connection points so the mechanical and electrical drawings stay valid.
