Installation and commissioning
We supply installation drawings with utility connection points before delivery, and commissioning checklists with every powered unit. For full cooking suites, our technicians can supervise site installation and first heat-up.
Spare parts
Wear parts — thermostats, valves, gaskets, filters, baskets — are stocked for every current model line and most retired ones. Order by serial number and parts ship within 48 hours.
Preventive maintenance
We publish maintenance calendars per product family: what to check daily, monthly and annually. Ask for the schedule pack with your order, or download guidance from the Insights section.
Warranty
Powered equipment carries a 2-year parts and labour warranty; fabricated stainless work is covered for 5 years against weld and structural defects. Compressors carry 5 years. Warranty terms ship with the order confirmation.
Repairs beyond warranty
Out-of-warranty repairs are quoted flat-rate where possible. If a repair no longer makes economic sense, we say so and quote the replacement honestly.
