Most equipment failures are built in at the factory — thin gauge, spot welds, trapped crevices. This page shows how we build so they are built out instead.
Cutting and forming
Sheets are laser-cut and CNC-bent from certified AISI 304 and 430 stainless. Nesting software keeps grain direction consistent across panels that meet, so finished equipment reads as one piece of steel.
Welding, not fasteners
Food-contact seams are TIG-welded continuously, then ground and polished back to grain. There is no crevice for washwater to hide in and no fastener to loosen with heat cycles. Frames are jig-welded square and stress-relieved.
Polishing and finish
Welds are blended to a uniform brushed finish; edges are deburred and hemmed wherever hands reach. The result cleans faster and stays presentable years longer.
Function testing
Every powered unit runs before it ships: burners flame-checked, thermostats verified against reference probes, refrigeration pulled down to temperature and logged, wash cycles run wet. The test record travels with the serial number.
Packing and delivery
Equipment ships bolted to skids in export-grade crating, with corner protection sized for real forklifts and real ports. Site dimensions are checked against door and lift clearances before dispatch.
